In the name of superstition and the Brewer's ghost, we're starting this year off the same as 2012 with a super-sized blowout of a show at a landmark San Francisco venue in the hope that 2013 will be as excellent as last year. This time around we'll be plugging in at Bottom of the Hill as part of an outrageous bill on Saturday, February 2.
Shady Maples and Goodnight, Texas co-headline with our good friends the Heavy Guilt out of San Diego opening the show. It's an honor to share the top of such a sweet bill and we'd be humbled, stoked, and outright tickled if you helped us pack the joint.
Five reasons to spend Saturday, February 2 with us at Bottom of the Hill:
- I already injured my rotator cuff practicing the opening number
- you've never heard half the set before and you'll like it
- you already know the other half of the set and you like it
- Goodnight, Texas and the Heavy Guilt are dope
- we're bringing in all kinds of special guests
Tattoo it on your calendar and buy tickets now while you're thinking about it (click here). They're only $10. If you're under 21 you can still buy tickets but they won't let you in the door.
Bring all your friends, every last one. It's lonely in a big room without every friend you have.
From the depths of a mountain of gratitude, thank you for your support.
With love and good wishes for the new year. Take it easy.
